L’an passé, nous vous avions proposé une interview de Loïc Bramoullé sur son premier projet, Space Car Hob.

Il nous présente aujourd’hui son second court-métrage, Strange alloy. Un projet autoproduit, issu des images qu’il a rapportées d’un voyage au Myanmar (Birmanie) en décembre 2014.
La production a pris 2 mois et demi, à Supamonks Studio. Loïc Bramoullé s’est chargé du matte painting (sous Maya/Photoshop) et de la modélisation de la créature sous ZBrush, qui a ensuite été animée par Vincent Donaz, Daniel Quintero, Benoit Vincent, Aurélie Vigneron. Le rendu a été fait sous V-Ray.

Le projet est à voir comme une réflexion pessimiste sur l’humanité.
